If you haven’t tried thigh high socks with a mini, your missing out. I was so psyched when I saw these were making a return this winter. Not that I needed an excuse! When I was in high school I would wear them all the time via à la Cher Horowitz from Clueless. Thigh highs can be worn with flats or heels and should be paired with mini and a smart looking top. They key is to avoid looking costumey, so I tend to stir away from plaid kilt style skirts. Like everything though play around with different looks and see whats feels best to you.
