Multi-Functional Summer Scarves

Sigal Cohen’s Marea Silk Scarf

Summer is here and with that comes pool parties, boating and some beach trips. One thing I always keep in my beach bag is an oversized silk scarf. I can not tell you how many times it has saved me from a wardrobe disaster or a sun burn. Maybe you packed jean shorts and all of sudden you find yourself heading to a chic beach club. A scarf can multi function as a sarong or open beach dress in a quick minute. They’re also great to protect your hair from the sun or lay over you when you trying to avoid tan lines.

This summer I’m using Sigal Cohen’s scarf line, SCW. She hand draws or paints each print by hand and has them transferred onto silk in Cairate Italy. The print I am wearing in this post is the Marea.
