I had the amazing pleasure of spending my weekend at the Eau Palm Beach Resort and Spa. This landmark in Palm Beach, Florida is known for it’s award wining spa and breathtaking views of the Atlantic.
When greeted upon arrival I was handed a glass of champagne and a lemon scented towel to freshen up my hands with. The hotel, previously a Ritz Carlton recently had all of it’s 309 guest rooms redesigned by Jonathan Adler and they turned out absolutely perfect (pictured above). The design is mid century modern with a current modern twist.
The hotel has 4 restaurants. Angle their fine dining restaurant serves farm to table dishes and has a wine selection a mile long. Their other restaurants, Temple Orange serves breakfast and lunch out on their terrace, where you can expect traditional options and a buffet breakfast. Breeze their pool bar is best known for their fish tacos and tropical cocktails. Lastly, Stir their lobby bar serves cocktails and light appetizers all day, think oysters and fresh fish crudo’s.
The service at the hotel is just how you would imagine it. On point! When the property was changed over from Ritz Carlton to Eau Hotel and Spa the owner actually stayed the same and so did it’s service standards. They were helpful and ready to make world move for you.
If you choose to venture off the hotel property you can walk up and down Worth Avenue for shopping or try a local restaurant. All just a short 10 minute car drive away or Uber ride away.
Thanks for such wonderful a weekend! Xx Nik
