If you haven’t yet seen or maybe even heard of Tess Giberson, now is the time to take a minute to check her out. Tess is an amazing New York based designer who focuses on knits and really minimalist designs. I came across her line through a friend about a year ago and have been lusting every piece since. I’ve actually used her pieces in another shoot a few months back if you haven’t seen this check is here.

The two pieces that I am wearing are the Pleated Dress and the Down Vest with the Knit Collar over it. This vest is really great since you can wear it buttoned up as a cowl neck or pull it down over the shoulders for another look. To cinch the waist I used a small leather belt and actually tied it around my waist and knotted it rather than using it the conventional way. I’ve been doing this a lot with belts and I really like to look it creates. The dress is satin and is accordion pleated from top to bottom. You can see a photo without the vest over it here.

The accessories that I am wearing are Celine sunglasses bought at Scoop NYC. A red Valentino lock shoulder bag and Christian Louboutin, So Kate Pumps.
